We believe a parent and child exercising together, is the best way to positively influence family change.

1. Set Apart focus on strength development through resistance training, mobility and balance.

2. Use exercise as a platform to establish the discipline of healthy habits for individuals and families.

3. Deliver exercise in a positive setting to foster and develop social and commitment virtues.

2:1 Exercise

I will work together with you and your child to develop an enduring positive relationship with physical activity.

You will train together in a gym setting with the guidance of an Exercise Physiologist. We will chat, make exercise fun and something your child will look forward to. We’ll devise strategies to make every day more active.

2:1 is a great starting point to develop a new dimension of relationship with your child as you both grow in confidence and commit to healthy habits together.

Group Classes

I will work together with you and your child in a Small Group setting (up to 3 parent and child combinations).

Group Classes are a great next step following 2:1 Exercise Physiology sessions and add the benefit of a little bit of healthy social motivation, social interaction and encouraging community.

Telehealth

Our preference is in person services but distance is no issue!
